OUR PROJECTS
We build legacies that last

The Namosi Project
Our flagship target is the Namosi Copper–Gold Project in Fiji, where we are preparing to apply for a Special Prospecting Licence (SPL) to undertake formal exploration activities. The project sits within a highly prospective copper–gold mineral district and is considered, based on preliminary geological review and comparable deposits, to have potential in-ground metal value in the tens of billions of AUD, subject to licensing, exploration, and compliant resource definition.
We have secured close to 100% landowner approval — well above the 60% requirement — providing a strong foundation of community support as we move forward with the SPL application and planned exploration programs.
Namosi Copper/Gold Project, Fiji (Proposed SPL Target)
The Namosi Copper–Gold Project comprises a cluster of advanced historic prospects — including Waisoi, Waivaka and Wainaulo — where multiple past drilling campaigns and technical studies have already demonstrated large-scale porphyry-style copper and gold mineralisation. The district shows classic intrusive-related systems with widespread alteration, stockwork veining, and multiple satellite targets, indicating district-scale upside beyond the main known zones.
Unlike early-era programs, our planned approach focuses on modern exploration methods, staged technical validation, and updated resource modelling standards, alongside environmental baseline work and structured community partnership frameworks. Development strategy is being designed from the outset around responsible mining principles, local participation, and long-term regional benefit.
The company is positioning to move forward through a Special Prospecting Licence (SPL) application, which would enable systematic, modern exploration across priority target corridors.
